Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of the return being received.

Made-to-order items with customisation are not eligible for refund unless faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@bongtribe.in with photos within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
